We are based in Dubai , Italy and Pakistan (leather goods).

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 
We ship from our partnered factories located in Dubai. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR CLOTHING?
We offer different sizes for different clothing. Each product should have their own measurements for you to compare yourself against. If there are none, let us know by email and we can get you them! Please keep in mind all our clothing are based in Asia, so expect them to be smaller than Europe/US!

WHAT IS THIS STORE’S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and up-most concern. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure the items that we made meet your requirement. Try on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please take time to read our return policy carefully. You are recommended to contact our after-sale Customer Service first before returning or exchange an item and they will give your some useful advice. You can send an email to service@shopplax.com, we’ll provide you with further instructions.

All refund applications will be processed within 2 working days if it happens, but the shipping fee isn’t included.

The returns from our customers are acceptable within 15 days after you getting the package. When we confirm the arrival of the package you returned, we will refund you the payment.

Refund accepted for wrong items, We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault.
The refund requests from our customers are acceptable if customer service confirm we send you the wrong item.

For all the refunds the following information is needed:
a) The order No.
b) Item No.
c) Photo of the products you sent back
d) Photo of the shipping label on the package we sent to you

We are so sorry about that if you received item that is not what actually you ordered or not the same as the picture shows or the description says on shopplax.com. If it happens, please take some pictures for details to service@shopplax.com, and we will deal with it immediately.

Non-Returnable / non-exchangeable items: Sexy Lingerie, Swimwear, beachwear, and leggings.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?
We sure do! We proudly ship worldwide for FREE.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. Deliveries can take up to 2 weeks to 3 weeks. It depends what you purchased. You can ‘CONTACT US’ or email service@shopplax.com for specific shipping times. Orders are delivered via SA Post office and must be collected.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET? WHY?
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we produce (South Africa). If it does not arrive by 12 weeks upon ordering, we can help reship your order or refund! 🙂 

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from different parts of South Africa/China / Italy so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you’d like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER? 
Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
